Super Simple Flatbread

Ingredients
Serves 4-6 people
- 250g greek style natural yoghurt
- 250g self raising flour
Method
- Mix the two ingredients together in a large bowl. You will probably have to do it with your hands.
- Heat up a dry non-stick pan (2 if you want to be more efficient)
- Add some of the mix and using 2 spoons spread it out on the pan as much as you can without getting holes in it.
- When one side has cooked, flip it and press it with a spatula. This is also a good time to transfer it to a second pan to start making the next flatbread.
- Keep cooked flatbreads warm by putting them in the oven.
